Unlocking the Future of Space Access & Hypersonic Flight

Presented by

Chief Executive Officer, Reaction Engines

6.00pm – Tuesday 13th June 2017

SABRE (Synergetic Air-Breathing Rocket Engines) allow aircraft to fly much faster than traditional jet engines – over five times the speed of sound! They can also operate in a rocket mode outside the atmosphere, allowing the next generation of truly reusable space launch vehicles. SABRE-powered vehicles will be capable of cutting the flight time from London to Australia to four and a half hours, or flying into orbit from a runway before returning to base and doing it all over again. This lecture will describe Reaction Engines’ exciting future plans as well as their journey so far. The transformation of air and space flight is coming!

All tickets are now gone but we will provide live streaming for this lecture.
Live streaming links will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages and our webpage at 5:45pm (15 mins before the start of the lecture).
